Using AutoBro

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AutoBro, operated by JH Software Solutions ABN 14 380 018 719 ("we", "us", "our"). By using AutoBro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

AutoBro provides vehicle-related information, including VIN decoding, job cards, torque specifications, tool lists, fluid specifications, part numbers, live part pricing comparisons, and guided diagnostic suggestions. The service is provided as a research and reference assistant, not as a replacement for a qualified mechanic or manufacturer documentation.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

Some features require an account or paid subscription. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Subscription plans, prices and allowances are shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe in Australian dollars (AUD). Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.

4. Refunds and cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not generally offer refunds for partial months or unused allowances, unless required by Australian consumer law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at jh@jhsoftware.au.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use AutoBro to carry out repairs or modifications that you are not qualified or licensed to perform.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or resell the service or its outputs without permission.
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Interfere with the security, availability or performance of the service.
• Use the service for any illegal, dangerous or harmful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All content, software, branding and materials provided by AutoBro are owned by or licensed to JH Software Solutions. You may use the service for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from the service without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers and limitations

AutoBro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate, current or suitable for any particular purpose. Vehicle data, part numbers, torque values, tool requirements and diagnostic suggestions must be verified against manufacturer documentation or a qualified technician before use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JH Software Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including any vehicle damage, injury, lost profits or repair costs.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AutoBro if you breach these Terms or if continued access would harm the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of AutoBro after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
